We received an email from a sister in the eric's first area. He must have arrived Thursday. She said that he is doing great and already speaking and understanding the language. Cariel and Liza went on splits last week and this week with the sister missionaries. They had some great experiences and are excited about being missionaries. I have been working with the ward clerks wife who is not a member and is very stubborn about joining the church but I think that she is making some progress and with time she will be baptized.
We visited a hospital and delivered the last of our humanitarian supplies that we had brought. It was fun for the children to have a tour. We went into the children's ward and it was packed with little beds and parents sitting on the floor. They showed us where the children had to get IV's in a different room. They only had four IV's so the children had to take turns. It is amazing how blessed we really are in American. They even took us into the operating room. We feel blessed to have our children here with us and experience this too.
